star dust
folded into a new shape
still shines

Notes: In spring, flowers bloom with stars in every color of the rainbow. Like flowers, our atoms were born in the stars, and our connection to the stars shows when we shine with happiness. Science astonishes and connects us to the universe: “Hydrogen and helium got born in the Big Bang, for example, and elements such as carbon and oxygen form in the cores of stars — that’s why beloved astronomer Carl Sagan liked to say, We are made of ‘star stuff.'” May you shine with happiness today and all weekend. Stars shine, even when we don’t see them, and we are all made of stardust.

I started a day job in March, and between that and some other things, I’m much busier. I still enjoy my blog, though. Hope you and your wife are well.

Thank you, Beth. I saw Carl Sagan speak once, long ago now. He was an outstanding speaker who made you see the world differently.
