a last red leaf
succumbs to rain,
alone

Notes: I always relate to the last leaf, clinging to a bare tree. Not ready to face the unknown. This icy December, poinsettias are the most common red plant. Happy Holiday Hubbub! Still working on my whale of wrapping.
