October O’s

October is a month of O’s:
orange gourds, ogres, owlets, oracles,
octopuses, otters and orangutans on
odysseys with outstretched hands,
open bags and open doors,
a candy-fueled overactivity
from overeating. Oh, what fun!

Happy Halloween!

Notes: My kids are planning their costumes. My daughter has moved from princess to goddess. Well, it’s a small step, isn’t it? Have a wonderful (but safe) holiday!

  1. I love how you take something (like it were a football in the middle of the field) and “run with it,” Brenda! Oh, how the O’s are such fun words!
Outstretched arms or hands and owlets are my favorites. xo πŸπŸŒΎπŸ‚
