Toad teaches to
nap at noon,
hop away from
worries, and
be still.

Notes: This toad hides in my sage and meditates in near invisibility. He has wisdom worth remembering. Have you found wisdom in the garden recently?

π They even know how to breathe with their whole bodies. How cool is that?

I’m missing my frog/toad songs from home. This helps. Wish I could find the ones around my home to photo. I love Brenda’s blog. Check her out!

Thank you! My son found this one, and I cleverly gave him my phone to record the moment. π

My boys would have done that way back when but now they would yawn and ask why I need a picture of a frog! Adult kids are boring! LOL!

Mine is 17, and he still gets me. π We’ll see what adulthood does, though, soon enough.

Nice colors on that toad. I haven’t seen any toads this year.

I always feel blessed if my toad returns. He eats slugs and bugs. Seeing him makes my kids happy.

Our toads like to sit in the kitties’ water bowl outside on hot summer days. The kitties get miffed when they find a toad in their dish messing up their water.
