Thanks! Another chiropractor appt tomorrow. I’m on the mend. It’s amazing what they can do with a couple of wedges.

Your poem is lovely, Brenda, and as someone who suffers arthritic back and neck pain, I concur that movement and keeping things as loose as possible is definitely best. Hope you’re feeling better soon!

it’s always so beneficial to step out into the light for a bit. my post tomorrow has to do with light as well. I think that all living creatures are drawn to the light
