No matter how gorgeous the path,
eventually I come to the end.
Then my choice is right or left and
I can’t see around the bend.

I’m not quite sure where my gorgeous path is headed either, Brenda, but I do know that this community is flexible enough to bend to your new schedule, whatever it may be.

Congrats on the job, Brenda! No doubt there will be a noticeable transition as far as the writing goes, but I know you’ll figure out something that works for you eventually.

I’m more sad about my unpublished manuscripts languishing because I no longer have time to submit. But I can’t imagine giving up writing again. I do love it.

Too bad we can’t see around the bend before we make a turn–and such is life too. I like your poem and the view in the garden. I’ll always stop by Brenda. I’m teaching 4 morning classes now so I know how busy one can be. Good luck with your interview.
