Snail sets sail
on cordgrass stalk.
Gulls squawk.

Notes: Here’s a ditty that didn’t fit in last month’s Poetry Friday post on salt mashes.

The April 2018 Progressive Poem is finished and available here. I wrote the eleventh line, and what fun it was to participate! The ending was sweet-scented and lovely.
