I love the phrase, “The Bee’s Knees.” Anyone know what the origin is?

Love bee balm. So pretty. I’m sure it was glorious this year. I’d like to find time to plant some bulbs… we’ll see.

I’m afraid it’s too cold for bees at my house right now–no head, shoulders, knees or toes. But you are the bee’s knees for hosting.

Brenda your bees are creating a buzz. I have just come inside after listening to the swarming of bees in my neighbour’s backyard. Can you BEElieve that? Thanks for hosting a hive of activity.

Hi, there, Brenda. I did miss the post that talked about your new job. I am curious about what it is. Thank you for hosting PF today even though you are swamped. That bee is certainly busy just like you, my friend. Small request: Can you wrap up your haiku when you have a chance for my autumn gallery?

Thank you sooo much for hosting today. I’m embarrassed to say I’ve never had my passport stamped on your site before ~ there’s so much to explore here! I like your concise poem (something I still am working to achieve) and your sunny photo.
I’m posting from an airport and can’t tell if my link is up, so just in case, here’s my link:
