Flying Away, Used by Permission of Sath
We fly past the stars on silver wings,
rushing wind without and within.
All of life unfolds its answers
until we wake.
Alone.

Here’s another gem for Kids’ Month, from Brenda Davis Harsham of Friendly Fairy Tale fame. This poem “Flying Away” (art by Sath) is a dream! Brenda, is also a dream. Thank you for all your support this month, with this your third KM poem!

Brenda—have you left Word Press?

What? No. I’ve been celebrating my daughter’s birthday and more off-line than on. But I’m still around. How are you?

I came in the back door, so to speak, and the Word Press icon wasn’t among the Share buttons…but signed in again and could reblog. My employer switched our health insurance to a much less responsive company…and today the manure officially hit my fan! In the middle of things that probably aren’t very well-covered. Plus I ran out of insulin just before this! It’s a sad time in “Douglas-ville” tonight—at least for me! right in the middle of a stress test and having the little toe reevaluated! Talk about stress! ๐

Does now…got several things worked through including my PCP listed—back to the one I’d been with–they never told my to whom I was assigned–and the transfer of my meds list to CVS.. No longer panic-stricken—for the time being! Thanks for your concern!

Glad you like it, Resa. It’s much shorter than the other poem I wrote for his work, but I liked it that way.
