Brenda, It is a beautiful picture, even if it was taken in Newark NJ. Having been delayed there many a da y during my career, I can sa y the Newark airport is not one of my favorites, but your pictures softens that opinion. Take care, Bill
Newark had awful food, nowhere to go, no play area, and I felt like a rat in a maze circling the one hub I could get to, except for looking at the sunset and playing peekaboo with my daughter around the columns. 🙂 Having a cheerful child always makes life better. 🙂 Hugs, Brenda
Eeek! Cats can’t climb walls, though. Surely that gives the lizard a little edge. Must be a lot of bushy tails and ruffled fur… This lizard was out by the pool where my children enjoyed a respite from freezing weather and snowstorms. I had fun, too.
My dad was in the Navy, so I was born in California, moved to New York City at age one and then eventually settled in the Great Lakes area. We used to visit New England every year, and I always felt happiest there. I love all the seasons, the balance, the dark winter nights, the falling leaves, the blue ocean. I could be happy anywhere though, I would find something to love. Like you.

I have a cat that climbs door frames and sits on top. 🙂

Wow. Moment of silence in awe… My cat used to put his paw under a door and wiggle until it popped open, but he only climbed bookshelves. 🙂

It is part of her breed quirks. She is a turkish angora…which also means she is forever a kitten.
