Storms are Coming

storms are coming,
as the skies grow dark, remember,
you can’t dodge the rain

Notes: I try to stay away from politics, but Covid numbers are rising, wildfires are devouring acres, and thundershowers are building in the skies. If we pull together, we’ll come through this. I never thought to applaud Arnold Schwarzenegger, but what he wrote in the Atlantic resonates with me as it should with every American, political parties aside. Wear a mask. Remember your parents, your grandparents, your neighbors, the grocery store clerk, the nurses, doctors, ambulance drivers, teachers, pastors, priests, farmers, construction workers, utility workers, all of the people who keep our country great. Remember all the unvaccinated children. What one person does ripples out and affects the world. Be a force for good in this world. It can be as simple as wearing a mask.

  1. Fab ,…Haiku…Is that a Haiku?
    Anyway, read the notes.
Couldn’t agree more. I’m fully vaxxed, will get a booster and continue to wear masks. I wear 2 at a time,
sometimes with a shield. Depends where I’m going.
