silent snowfall
the weight of water,
heavy as thought

Notes: Happy Sunday! Only a few flakes today, but here’s a photo from a Nor’Easter a week ago. This is a heavy thought poem inspired by a chore day: scrubbing, dusting, vacuuming, sinks and worse! The things that recur, have to be done again and again, seem like the biggest drags on our lives. How much of our lives is spent vacuuming? How much time is spent thinking of negative things? A clean house is a joy once it’s done. 🙂 Have a great week ahead.

I feel your pain. It won’t stop raining here and they’re giving 2 more weeks of it. Makes chores seem endless, too.

I hope so. Heavy thoughts, too. Alas, that’s only possible if your don’t read the news.

Twist ties can make my vacuum make amazing sounds. 🙂
