Notes: Ekphrastic poetry is created from art, often setting a scene or telling a story. I usually tie my poetry to photographs in some way, but not always by telling a story or setting a scene. Is it still Ekphrastic if it doesn’t do one of those? I’m unsure, but this poem is what this wonderful painting created in my mind.
