The orange oracle
hears the wind’s voice,
chilly with snow and ice
gathering strength.
But today,
it’s warm.
Today,
let’s dance.

Note: Still a few days of autumn left, and I’m hanging on tight. As are the last few leaves. Have a magical rest of the week.
I think the oracle of Delphi might be orange!… 😉 The title of the poem is eloquent… your writing stands out, as always . Sending love dear Bren… Happy Holidays 🎅🏽🌲

I like this poem! Orange… what a great underrated color. I’m now seriously considering the fairy Art Gown to be partly orange. I will do a fairy Art Gown. It will probably happen in late spring/summer 2017. I am so excited! Artemis is half done…. then the other one, then the Fairy Gown. I need the names of some fairies.

Such exciting news. Orange is underrated yet lovely if done right. I wrote a chapter book (as yet languishing in an unpublished state) and the fairy is named Petalline. Faerie Magazine would probably supply many more names. I could come up with more, now that I think about it…. 🙂

Well, we have time! Collect them up! Especially fairy princess names, or names that work with princess or…. something princess-like. I like Petalline Princess.. writing that down!

LOL If I revisited this tree, it’s leaves might be shed, but it’s forever a beautiful day in my photo. 🙂

Thank you! The tree was magnificent, but it’s hard to capture that through one aperture.

This photo may have been taken a week or two ago. But my mind is still on the red leaves.
