She gave me a pink wink,
I think.
She had a silky, satin glow,
I know.
Oh, for those days, now gone,
how wrong.
Joy should stay and stay, and
never go away.

Note: Here’s a little ditty to remember June because July is hotter than Hades, drought has arrived, plants are shriveling and I have surgery tomorrow. I may be convalescing for a few days. But I will miss all of you. Stay safe and find the magic!
