Maple seeds – Maple Trees??? That’s a new one for me, don’t think we have such things in England. They do look like they just might light up at night! 😉
Yes, I don’t think we have the varieties that other countries have, same goes for flowers too. It’s blossom season at the moment, a lot of trees are looking beautiful. Loads of magnolia blossom in the last month. Now it’s the Cherry Tree….my favourite!!♥

Here, too, we have magnolia and cherries in bloom. Plus pear and plum.

I used to live where a maple tree was right outside the window. The seedlings were fascinating!

Right now the leaf casing are coming off the maple trees here. Bare to green in a couple days. It’s like the trees want to foreshadow fall.

So pretty. To me they look like tiny wings washed and hanging on the line to dry. Maybe that’s how fairies wash their wings?
