Some people never go crazy.
What truly horrible lives they must lead.
— Henry Charles Bukowski
I have greatly enjoyed my crazy poetry-filled day. It was touch or go, with a snow day forecast, but we were lucky to have only a delay.
If I reblogged, tweeted, linked up to or just commented on your post today, know that I’m grateful. These early crocuses, now buried in snow, are my thanks to you for sharing with me and my readers.
I’m only sad I couldn’t have read more posts or visited more of my talented friends. If I missed your post, I am diminished. Perhaps you should link up here in the comments. Feel free to join the Poetry Party! Now I’m off to see the Wizard.
Have a magical week,
Brenda

Happy World Poetry Day to you as well, Brenda! Being an avid poetry-lover and poet, I can’t believe I didn’t know about it. Luckily I found out a few hours before midnight. 😀

Excellent! Can you give me a link to your poetry? I can put a link to a poem on my World Poetry page if you direct me to one that has some love, magic or joy in it.

That would be lovely! Thank you.
You’ve actually already been to my poetry blog. I’m just commenting to you from this blog because I spend more time on it these days. I’m pretty sure this whole blogging thing has become a [healthy] addiction, lol. 🙂 It’s http://www.evapoetex.com

Soothing advice, chicken parmesan and laughter with my kids. Who would wish for Kansas instead of that?

I love W.H. Auden, too. Have you seen the part of Four Weddings and A Funeral where his poem is quoted? Never fails to bring tears to my eyes. Thanks for stopping by.
Warmly, Brenda

It was great seeing you again, Brenda!!! It’s freezing here too, so there is a “lag” in my flowers. Oh well, Mother seems to have other plans for now, so we all wait. Have a great week and thank you for sharing all you did today!!! ❤

There were a neighbors. I think the squirrels ate all my crocuses. I should plant more this year.
