I love the ‘trembles towards the sun’! They do grow very tall, amazing they don’t fall over. I took a few pictures of some very similar looking pink flowers in my aunts garden a week ago, but they were soooo tiny, so probably not the same plant. I guess like humans, their faces can look very alike! 🙂
I had the extreme pleasure of being on a hillside of trembling wildflowers, pink, gold, blue and white. I thought it was heaven, but all I could get into a photo were a few blooms at a time. I will always remember it.
When we are young teens and a little “in the dark” about relationships reminds me if the roots under ground. Then, our reaching outward, like the pretty flowers to the sun, displays courage, although tremulous. Lovely and symbolic words that sent me back in my memory. 🙂
I love westerns and I love Jason Robards.
And Stella Stevens, of course!
Robards did a brilliant Doc Holliday to James Garner’s very average Wyatt Earp.
such cute flowers!~

It was hard to take a picture, they moved with every tiny breeze. The better to attract bees, no doubt. 🙂

Will try, but school starts in a week. We are trying to do a few house projects before we start, so time is even more limited than usual. 🙂

Fabulous.
Reminds AnElephant of the delightful song Butterfly Mornings and Wildflower Afternoons from the film The Ballad of Cable Hogue.
