Note: Hiking in New Hampshire today. Hot, sweltering with thunder shows hovering. I’ll hope for some fairy dust and a well-placed swimming hole. 🙂 Have a great week! Warmly, Brenda
Bees just love rhodies! Lovely haiku and photo 🙂 x

Thanks! What fun! I rarely post about awards anymore, but I will put it in my draft. One day, I’ll get around to it. I am touched and honored that you thought of me! XOXO

It’s in my notifications tab, the link under your name says giorgedotnet.wordpress.com, but when I click on it, it tells me that site is no longer available, it’s been deleted by the authors.

The river was in spate, but no one was carried down the rapids. It was exciting feeling the strength of the current, but we didn’t dare go in far.

I remember New England in the summer in Rockport, MA. It was nice in the cold ocean, cool in the woods but hot in the fields where we wore long sleeves to pick black raspberries but at least blueberries were not prickly. 🙂
Hope you found a quarry or swimming hole. Maybe a stream to splash in!
I wish I could see Flume Falls in Franconia, NH. It will be easier to reach than my European trip dream. Keep the lights on about 5 years from now, Brenda. . .

If you were playing word games on the title and your words, I could picture country western “roadies” riding into a ghost town with their passing “sage grass” and “sage” brush. Just horsing around. Brenda. . . 🙂
