Thistledown makes me smile. You choose such elegant words to describe the world, Brenda. I took photos on my way to the library today. There is a Level One “snow emergency.” I was able to knock off all the snow on my car, but didn’t want to lose my parking space. Also, nice to look at life, on foot while stomping through the snow.
I saw pussywillows, light green with snow coating them. Not great photos, just telling you they are so sweet. I have hope for Spring coming Yet!!

I was too frozen to notice the symphony tonight but the moon was sure pretty!!:) Lovely haiku! and that photo is beautiful!

We are finally getting the spring sun here, But I have to admit. I do miss the beauty of snow! 🙂

I am trying to reconnect with the beauty, now that we have a respite from the shoveling and icicle murdering. Still a month or more to go, after all.
